  • Errors: We strive for 100% accuracy, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

  • Price Reductions: Sale prices (including our current 20% site-wide reduction) are applied at checkout or displayed on the product page and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Restrictions: It is the responsibility of the buyer to investigate and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of any item purchased from Knives of Alaska.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Limitation of Liability & Safety Warning

Knives of Alaska tools are extremely sharp. Knives are inherently dangerous instruments. By purchasing our products, you agree that:

  • You will use the tools only for their intended purposes (hunting, skinning, camping).

  • Knives of Alaska shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knives of Alaska from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these terms or misuse of the product.
